They are looking for a VP of Client Services to join their team. As VP, you will serve to provide leadership, direction and oversight to your team. You must have the proven ability to provide proactive, strategic direction to drive business objectives for our clients. This position works closely with Senior Management team members to help develop and guide strategic direction, develop tactical plans and manage the client business. You will also be responsible for developing, mentoring, and coaching fellow team members in the areas of client service, strategy and management where appropriate. Primary Job Functions

Global view of projects

Work with team mangers to develop, organize, and oversee project teams and work assignments
Manage integrated project planning efforts
Provide routine feedback to the Senior Management including providing suggestions and reporting on findings regarding client satisfaction/feedback along with project management status
Initiate project planning meetings
Assist in prioritization of team projects in regard to deadline and time needed to complete

Skills/Education Needed for Position

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 7 yrs med ed experience, preferably as an account person within a med ed company
Rheumatoid Arthritis or Biologic experience is highly preferred
Professional experience in a pharmaceutical med ed agency required
Ability to coordinate several agencies toward a common goal
Professional experience with pharmaceutical clients preferred
Ability to work with multiple clients on one brand (this program is a co-marketed brand)
Working knowledge of marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical products
Must understand medical education programs… RA experience a plus
Professional experience developing budgets and proposals for new business
Professional experience in developing strategic medical education programs
Launch experience
